Tyler Olbres of Nellcote

Tyler Olbres

Proprietor Tyler Olbres is pursuing his lifelong passion for fine wine and gastronomy with Nellcôte, where he creates limited production wines of distinction that elevate the moment.

Leaving behind a successful career developing retail and tradeshow programs for fashion apparel and footwear brands, he sold his marketing communications firm to devote himself full-time to developing Nellcôte’s distinctive wine style.

Nellcôte is inspired by over a decade of living in St. Jean-Cap Ferrat in the South of France and draws on influences from the worlds of design and luxury autosport.

Enzo Ferrari’s motto, “Rimanere sul gas” or “Stay on the gas” captures the spirit of Nellcôte and its founder: Life is too short and too rich to take it less than full throttle.

Phillip Corallo-Titus

A serendipitous lunch meeting at Mustards Grill began a partnership with Phillip Corallo-Titus, esteemed winemaker at Chappellet Vineyards for over a quarter century. At Nellcôte, Phillip draws on his rich legacy of crafting benchmark Cabernet Sauvignon to create the winery’s equal yet distinct bottlings, Rallye 76 and 500 Chevaux.

Instrumental in building the winemaking program from the ground up, Phillip spearheaded efforts to establish long-term contracts on some the Valley’s most coveted fruit sources. In the winery, he employs an array of traditional fermentation and cellaring techniques in order to create master blends from the best lots in the cellar to express Nellcôte’s signature style.

In addition to his role as winemaker for Nellcôte and Chappellet, Phillip also makes wine for his family’s own label, Titus Vineyards.
